Pranav is the Director and CEO of Chanakya Aanvikshiki Pvt Ltd, Director at Chanakya Institute of Public Leadership and a PhD Research Scholar at University of Mumbai an expert in Leadership Training & Mentoring who has been involved in training leaders and aspirants from various fields including Corporate, Politics and Public Services.
He is a visiting faculty at the & College of Defence Management (CDM), University of Mumbai. Indian Institute of Public Leadership (IIDL), MIT School of Government (MIT-SOG), MET Institute of Management & Ramachandran International Institute Of Management, Pune
Pranav has done extensive research on “Kautilya’s Arthashastra” in a 6 months residential major research program at University of Mumbai. He has done his Masters in Leadership from Chanakya International Institute of Leadership Sciences (CIILS), University of Mumbai, and also done his Post Graduate in Business (Marketing) from Massey University, Auckland, New Zealand.
He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and candidate for Level 2 Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) – USA, with an experience of 8 years in the Banking Industry where he has worked in the capacity of Associate Vice President in Banks like HSBC & Standard Chartered.
Pranav is a Certified Independent Corporate Director and has recently finished his Masterclass for Directors’ program by the Institute of Directors (IOD)
He has received an excellence award along with an International Fellowship in Election Campaign Management from the University of Akron for the 2016 US Presidential Election. He has done a certificate course in ‘Socio – Political Leadership’ known as “Netritva Sadhana” from Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, Mumbai & Headed the Voter Base Analysis and Campaign Scheduling Team for “Mr. Gopal Shetty”, Member of Parliament – North Mumbai Constituency for the 2014 General Elections.
Pranav represented India & presented a paper on “Chanakya’s Model of Good Governance: Yogakshemam” at first ever International Academic Conference on Yoga in New York, USA organised by the Consulate General on India in USA. He was part of the organising team for the “Yoga Festival 2016 – Academic Conclave” – Chandigarh, where 54 PhD Doctors presented their paper on Yoga including well known personalities like Shi Shi Ravi Shankar Maharaj, Baba Ramdev, Acharya Bal Krishna, Dr H R Nagendra.
He also presented a paper on “Kautilya Arthashastra & The Institution of Marriage” at the Research Conference organised by the Indian Council for Philosophical Research (ICPR).
