Confidentiality and Non Solicit
CAPL agrees that any information that it comes in possession of during the course of this assignment would be kept confidential and would not be shared with any third party without the explicit prior written permission. CAPL agree not to offer to employ or recruit any employees employed in each other’s organisations, either as a contractor or as an employee or in any other capacity, at any time during or for a period of 12 months before the commencement of the engagement and for a period of 12 months after the completion of the engagement.
